Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place your skates and accessories back in their original Impala brand box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and fix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
